EMC is delighted to announce the sale of System Hygienics Holdings Limited (“System Hygienics”) to Warberg Pincus backed Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (“PTSG”). The EMC team led by Ryan Smith acted as Lead Advisors to the Shareholders. Systems Hygienics a market-leading provider of ventilation, air quality, and fire safety compliance services, joins PTSG as part of it’s Fire Solutions division, enhancing the group’s technical capabilities and nationwide service offering.

Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Polegate, Sussex, System Hygienics delivers a comprehensive suite of services – including ventilation and extract cleaning, fire damper testing, air quality assessments and associated remedial works – to ensure customers’ full compliance with legislative, insurance and fire safety standards.

EMC engaged with the Shareholders early to help them plan and prepare for a competitive process. This early engagement ensured the team and business was well-positioned to maximise value whilst securing a partner aligned with its growth ambitions.
