EMC Corporate Finance is pleased to announce the acquisition of E-Resourcing by Venquis, forming Venquis Group – a £45m EMEA staffing solutions platform. The EMC team, led by Ryan Smith, acted as Lead Adviser to E-Resourcing throughout the transaction.

E-Resourcing is a specialist IT resourcing business operating across the UK and Belgium. The combined group places more than 280 contractors on assignment, makes over 120 permanent placements annually, and employs more than 60 staff. E-Resourcing will continue to operate under its existing brand within the wider group structure alongside Venquis and VQ-5.
